Station Fitness is Manhattan’s first vibration training studio featuring the Power Plate. Utilizing state of the art technology, Station Fitness developed a series of 30-minute classes geared to increase lean muscle mass, tone, contour the body and accelerate a Total Body workout. Training on the Power Plate is a blend of cardio and strength training which has been proven to be a highly effective and time efficient method of exercise.OUR SERVICES
We are a stand-alone studio specializing in semi private Power Plate sessions. All sessions are lead by a highly skilled personal trainer with no more than 5 clients in each session. Each session is 25-30 minutes and designed to accommodate clients of varied ages and fitness levels.BENEFITS

Registering is easy and free! Navigate to our Schedule’s Page, Where you will find our online reservation. Register, Pay and Reserve your classes at your own leisure. INTRODUCTORY WEEK- $35
Entitles you to up to (3) vibration classes during a (7) consecutive day period. As a new client we advise you to take at least one Total Body Conditioning class during that period in order to familiarize your with the entire range of exercises.
